Live directly on the beach and sea in the seaside resort of Bansin. The comfortable apartments in the Dünenresidenz house offer a terrace and / or balcony. You can't live closer to the beach. An underground car park, bicycle storage facilities, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement. Towel packages, travel cots and high chairs can be borrowed for a fee. The visitor's tax due in the Imperial Spas is payable in cash on arrival.

On the sea side is the terrace and a direct exit from the property to the promenade - on the land side, this apartment offers two balconies with a beautiful view of the Schloonsee.
