Wir kommen seit fast 30 Jahren ins Upstalsboom. Wir gehörten mit zu den ersten GĂ€sten seit Eröffnung des Seehofs in Bansin. Wir sind ĂŒber die Jahre auch immer sehr zufrieden gewesen, sonst wĂ€ren wir auch nicht so regelmĂ€ĂŸig ins Upstalsboom gekommen. Dieses Jahr waren wir schon sehr enttĂ€uscht, dass wir im Seehof direkt kaum einen Ansprechpartner zu sehen bekamen. Alles lief nur telefonisch. Es hat zwar alles funktioniert, kleine WĂŒnsche und MĂ€ngel wurden schnell behoben, aber das Persönliche, das ĂŒber viele Jahre bestand, blieb auf der Strecke. Mit anderen Worten fanden wir, dass sich der Service fĂŒr uns verschlechtert hat.
