A warm welcome in the house Miramar! The house is just a few steps from the Ahlbeck pier and the sandy beach. It was built in 1996 with high comfort. The house has a lift, sauna, underground parking and a launderette. The apartment is furnished to a high standard. It is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd Upstairs with southeast facing balcony, equipped with modern open kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dining table with four seats, etc ..) In the living area there is a couch, coffee table, TV and radio. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area. The furnished balcony adjoins the living area. The southeastern location makes it ideal for a leisurely breakfast in the morning sun. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable, collapsible guest bed for the third person (enough space to put up in the living room). Sehr strandnah und gemütlich

Die Wohnung lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man auf keine großen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Backofen oder Geschirrspüler oder adäquates Geschirr, verzichten muss. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gepflegt und der Balkon läd zu jeder Zeit zum Entspannen ein. Ein zur Wohnung gehörender Stellplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage erübrigt die ewige Sucherei nach einem Parkplatz in den kleinen Gassen und Nebenstraßen. Der Fahrstuhl erleichtert den Transport von Gepäck o.ä. Einen großen Pluspunkt gibt es für die unmittelbare Strandnähe, in nur wenigen Gehminuten gelangt man direkt zur Ahlbecker Seebrücke bzw. zum Strand. Bei rauer See, kann man vom Balkon die Wellen hören. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rossmann), ein günstiger Fahrradverleih in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft und tolle umliegende Lokale und Restaurants sind ebenso in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen sind das kleine "Kaisers Eck" und "Uwes Fischerhütte", beide laden in gemütlicher Atmosphäre mit freundlichem Personal und mit sehr gutem Essen zum Verweilen ein. Leider sorgt der gegenüberliegende Lieferanteneingang eines Hotels fast täglich für morgendlichen Lärm, daher gibt's dafür einen Stern Abzug. Eine bessere Beschilderung der hauseigenen "Wellnessmöglichkeiten" wie Sauna und Whirpool wäre von Vorteil. Resümierend ist die Wohnung für Singles, Paare oder Kleinfamilien super geeignet. Der Service bei und nach der Buchung war sehr gut !

sauber, ruhig, zentral

Es war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt nichts, das den Aufenthalt erschwert. Nur die Lüftung im Bad sollte von zeit zu zeit gereinigt werden. Habe mich super wohl gefühlt.
