The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in quiet location with adjoining road. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive apartments and three high quality holiday bungalows. From the driveway with sufficient parking spaces branches off to the right hand of the children's playground and a barbecue area.
In front of the main entrance there is a shared lounge for quiet evening hours.
The villa has a sauna and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The washing machine and the dryer can be used for a fee (coin machine).
The Sonnenblick apartment is located on the upper floor of the villa, and has a south-facing balcony. The Maritim-style living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace. A fireplace invites you to spend cozy evenings.
Floor-deep window elements ensure a friendly indoor climate. Two bedrooms with TV facilities provide enough space for up to 4 people.
