I checked into my room at 7pm at 10:03pm a roach was crawling on my wall I checked out immediately not even staying the night and got another hotel. Also my shower drain was broken and had duct tape around it 😂😭

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful when I ran into an issue with another hotel. The place is clean, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I was very disappointed in my stay. We did not even have towels or hand towels or washcloths. The shower curtain did not even fit correctly so water was all over the floor Just the overall appearance of the hotel was not good and very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness

I reserved two rooms I reserved and had confirmed on line were unavailable. The reason for the booking mix up did not make sense. Essentially I was told that Expedia does not have access to the number of rooms available,and ZI should have booked directly with the hotel.

Checked. Front desk person was extremely pleasant. Got to the room…… it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. Went and got another room. While the beds were made, everything else was unclean. The shower was so dirty that we couldn’t bathe. The floors nasty and sticky and the linens were stained.

The room smell horrible like cat or dog piss there was no hotel staff. I checked in through the housekeeper by chance. My room key didn’t work after the first time I was stressed and locked out of my room that I paid for due to lack of stuff and hotel problems I’m not going back ever

The whole hotel smells like weed :marijuana whatever the room smells like cat and dog piss it’s horrible I couldn’t check in cuz their was no front desk staff I only got to check in cuz the housekeeper checked me in all in all I was just trying to relax after a long shift and I got extra stress not a good place to stay the only plus is the extra helpful housekeeper.

the worst ever, the room i had was FILTHY. i got a room with two beds and only one had a comforter on it, i bought my own blankets every cloth item in this hotel had a stain on it from towels to bed sheets nothing was sanitized, noones ever at the front desk i even called the place as i was in there to see if someone would come and nope no one came don’t waste your money people go to any other hotel near there

Terrible - we already cancelled return visit. Website says breakfast included - the lady at the desk said that’s no longer the case. Room dirty and in disrepair. No in roomcoffee. No towels or enough toilet paper. The pictures on website are not even close to the room. We already canceled reservation for return trip and found a different place.
