Gîte Marguerite –“Pétale”, 360° views, 5' from Cerza, 30' from Deauville – Sauna

From the property, you can explore all of Normandy, with most destinations within a 30-minute drive. The beaches of Deauville and Cabourg, as well as the harbour of Honfleur, are all just a short distance away.

Perched on a hillside, the gîte is set within a 3-hectare estate where a private Nordic sauna trail is also available.

The “Pétale” gîte is a bright, fully independent duplex, carefully decorated with a seaside theme, ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stays for two people. On the ground floor, once through the entrance door, you will find separate toilets, a living area with sofa and TV, and a breakfast bar opening onto the fitted kitchen. Upstairs, there is a very cosy master suite in a traditional Norman style with original beams, a shower room and a TV. A truly cocooning atmosphere awaits.

Enjoy a peaceful stay with access to our private Nordic sauna area, available by prior reservation. Designed as a nature-inspired escape, this wellness space is dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing.
You will have access to:
• a 4-person sauna, ideal for deep relaxation, with the option of choosing between a dry Finnish sauna and a wet steam experience – both are available
• a Nordic shower with a suspended bucket of water, for a refreshing and authentic invigorating experience
This facility is available as an optional extra and must be booked in advance.

Outside, you can enjoy the full surroundings of the estate and a large private garden. Outdoor games and a barbecue are freely available for your use. A secure storage space is also provided for bicycles.

From your windows, you may catch sight of unusual creatures from the African savannah of the Cerza wildlife park.

Right on your doorstep, you have immediate access to numerous walking paths and marked trails. At the bottom of the property flows the small river La Paquine, a tributary of the Touques. Clean and fresh, it is directly accessible from the gîte’s meadow.

Respectful and well-behaved animals are welcome upon request, including horses. We have secure pastures with water and shelter available. It is also possible to extend accommodation capacity to 4 or 6 guests by combining this gîte with the “Pâquerette” gîte.
