Nos hemos quedado aqui en el pasado y nunca habiamos tenido ningun problema. Esta ultima vez que nos quedamos, hable antes para checar si habia posibilidad de hacer el check-in mas temprano. Marque como 10 veces hasta que por fin me contestaron. La empleada que me contesto fue muy amable, verifico mi informacion y me dijo que si podia llegar desde medio dia que tenian la habitacion lista. Llegue al hotel a la 1:30pm, al llegar la recepcionista estaba en el celular y no nos recibio amablemente, al contrario yo tuve que dar las buenas tardes para que me voltera a ver. Le dije que tenia una reservacion y que venia a hacer check-in e imediatamente me dijo que los check in es a las 3pm. Le explique que me habia comunicado con el hotel y me verificaron que si podia llegar a partir de las 12 al check in. La muchacha se porto muy grosera e empezo a insinuar que no era cierto y que yo estaba hechando mentiras. Le enseñe las llamadas al hotel y le dije que me confirmaron que hasta la muchacha me dio un numero de verificacion y la empleada de recepcion me seguia haciendo caras y torciendo los ojos. Le dijimos que ya nos habiamos quedado aqui en el pasado y sabemos que los check in son a las 3pm y por eso marcamos antes de llegar para confirmar que si podiamos llegar antes. La recepcionista me pregunto que si con quien habia hablado y le dije que no pregunte el nombre y volvio a torserme los ojos, hacerme caras y responder grosera. Dijo que su nombre era gloria. Pesimo servicio.

Me asignaron una habitación sucia y la nueva habitación aparte de también estar sucia se la asignaron a otra persona y esa persona entró a la habitación estando mi esposo y yo dormidos, fue algo muy desagradable que generó que estrés y cansancio ya que no pudimos dormir nuevamente

El buffet cierra 10:30 y llegue exacto 10:30 y no me querían dejar pasar se los pedí de favor ya que pague extra para el buffet y los empleados estaban muy apurados para que acabara, aparte de que ya no había casi opciones deberían de tener más consideración con los huéspedes.
