Our fully renovated Deluxe Apartments with modern & elegant decoration are designed to meet the needs of 3 family members.
These two room lodgings consist of a separate bedroom featuring a double bed with high quality mattress & linen, open wardrobe, a/c and smart tv, which leads to a furnished balcony with Land or Mountain View.
The living room is equipped with sofa bed, open wardrobe with work desk, safe box, iron & iron board and a kitchenette with counter table, mini-fridge, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils.
Featuring a modern private bathroom with shower cabin, fitted with a glass panel, hairdryer and all the necessary amenities.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, only 3 minutes walk from Malia port, tastefully Greek taverns and mini market.
Malia beach is just 15 minutes walk away and at 1500meters is Potamos Beach which is a long sandy beach, very well organized, but usually less crowded than the main beach of Malia.
In the picturesque old town, the visitor, wandering in the alleyways of the old town, will admire traditional buildings, churches and can also visit the traditional taverns and restaurants in approximately 900m away.
At about the same distance but in the new part of the town, visitors during the day can shop, but also can enjoy the nightlife, either on one of the numerous cafes, bars and clubs or at the restaurants.
The archaeological site of Malia is located 2,5km east, next to the wetland and the beach of Potamos. It was an important Minoan city and housed the third largest Minoan palace in Crete, after Knossos and Phaestus.
