Nice hotel and free shuttle to the airport. But could not drink the tap water and the hotel did not provide any. Also there was a big hole kicked in the bathroom door.

Good hotel and good location to airport

Good place to stay. Need to book shuttle 48 hour ahead and catch it on the French side of airport. Paper cups were eco- friendly, but did not hold up well. Glass or ceramic proffered. Breakfast was good and very well organized.

Tried to book shuttle bus to collect us from the airport but got no response. Sent follow-up message. Still no response. Ended up getting a very expensive taxi. Hotel itself is decent and good value but public transport options are very limited.

Clean and close to airport

it's a nice place and close to the airport. However the room is very small and the shower is not functional unless you don't mind cleaning up all the water on the floor each time you shower. The staff were very helpful and did what they could to help.

Robotic hotel without human touch.

There is an auto check-in system which just didnt work. Was stuck outside waiting for 30 mins to check in. Thanks to a gentleman who came out for a smoke he helped me. Even then had to call for help 3 times on helpline to get it working. Tried to arrange the morning airport drop off and the communication from the hotel was poor. But apart from above, just spend one night and the hotel itself was nice, clean & basic. It just felt like one of those robotic hotels without human touch. I hope this is not the future of travelling!

Ich hatte das Zimmer direkt neben dem Lift. Jede Benutzung hörte ich im Zimmer. Ebenfalls war andauernder lauter Lärm,wie ein Ventilator (nicht die Klimaanlage) zu hören. Frühstück gabe es erst ab 7:30, wobei sie erst um 7:35/7:40 bereit waren. Wenn du im 8:00 einen Termin hast, reicht die Zeit nicht fürs Frühstück!

Je suis profondément insatisfaite de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. J'ai réservé via hotels.com en novembre en payant en ligne mais pour rentrer dans l'hôtel j'ai été obligée de payer à nouveau mon séjour. Suite à la réclamation auprès de la plateforme, on m'a garanti que j'étais immédiatement remboursée, mais 20 jours plus tard, force est de constater que je n'ai pas été remboursée. Je n'irai donc plus jamais dans un B&B, ce n'est pas comme si ça manquait de concurrence. Je n'ai aucun soucis avec les check in automatiques, aucun soucis avec les codes d'entrés ni avec le fait de ne voir personne durant mon séjour, par contre, payer une chambre de cette qualité 175€ parce que je l'ai payé en double, c'est fort de café. Merci non merci.
