As usual we overpacked for our one night stay and our room was on the second floor. Unfortunately there was no elevator to the second floor and dragging our luggage would have been a problem. Problem solved! The desk manager was very accommodating and managed to get us a room on floor one.

The head desk was extremely nice and hospitable. The rooms were roomy and clean. The two challenges, the heater was extremely loud, and never been to a hotel where the toilet didnt have toilet covers( it was like being at work or a resturant)
