Lunaria Safari Tent is tucked within El Campo Glamping, a private 20-acre mountaintop retreat in High Rolls, New Mexico. Just 12 minutes from Cloudcroft and 30 minutes from White Sands National Park.
This is off-grid, experiential luxury camping. Lunaria features one of the first authentic South African safari tents of its kind in the U.S.—not a replica, but the real thing.
Here, the views are endless and the sunsets are unreal. The night sky becomes the main event. With zero light pollution, the stars don’t just appear—they take over.
It’s quiet. It’s private. It’s intentional. And it’s unlike anything else in the area.

Fires are permitted only when county regulations allow and conditions are safe. High-risk fire area, and all guidelines must be followed no exception.

If you're looking for a quick romantic getaway, this is the perfect spot, totally private, beautiful view sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The tent is very clean and unique definitely makes you feel like you in a different place one of our favorite part was opening up the tent side and lying in Bed to feel the nice cool morning breeze then cooking breakfast right outside for breakfast in bed! Same goes for the sunsets and cool night breeze, cant wait to go back!!Rigo and Jessica we're super hospitable made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. They were Quick to respond with any questions that We had or needs that came up.This was our first Glamping experience, and we will definitely be back in the wintertime.To see more spectacular views in the mountains.
