In the evenings, the patio’s comfortable couches and a 16‑person dining table await, while the fire‑pit glows under a sky full of stars, perfect for roasting s’mores in the winter chill. This luxury mountain retreat blends indoor comfort with expansive outdoor spaces, offering a private oasis for up to eight guests.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom on the main floor: King bed, smart TV, en‑suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and forest views.

- Upper floor bedroom 3: Queen bed, private en‑suite, walk‑in closet, private balcony, smart TV.

- Upper floor bedroom 4: Queen bed, en‑suite bathroom, smart TV, additional twin‑size nook that doubles as a sitting area, walk‑in closet with baby gear.

- Upper floor bedroom 5: Queen bed, smart TV.

- Upper floor bedroom 2: Two twin beds, ideal for children, adjacent to the playroom.

- Bonus sleeping area on the main floor: Twin trundle bed with access to a full bathroom and a 65‑inch smart TV.

Total beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 5 Twins.

- Bear‑proof trash cans on Upper Lake Road; remember to close them tightly.

- Breakfast bar seats three; formal dining room seats eight; outdoor dining area seats sixteen.

Pet policy

- Dogs under 20 lb are welcome (maximum two) with written approval and a $250 fee per pet.

- Cats are not allowed.

- Service animals are exempt from the pet fee and restrictions.



Guest guidelines

- Maximum occupancy: eight guests.

- No smoking or vaping inside or near open windows.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

- Secure all food in the home to prevent bear encounters; use bear‑proof trash cans.

- No parties with outside guests; all guests must be listed on the reservation.

- Two cars maximum on the property.

- Camera on the front and back yards for liability purposes only.
