A quaint, stunningly decorated, spacious 5 bedroom villa located in the famous coastal town of Hikkaduwa. Nestled in the paddy fields just a mere 5 mins drive/20 mins walk to the golden sands of Narigama beach. A perfect mix of being close to the sea while still feeling you have escaped to a secluded part of tropical paradise. Cool down in our cozy, clean rooms with AC,TV, lounge area and mini-bar. Spend your down time in our thoughtfully designed common areas or take a dip in our private pool.

A dreamy villa nestled in the rice paddy fields of the picturesque village of Narigama, Hikkaduwa. Featuring a private pool, sunbeds, outdoor & indoor dining, entertainment area, bar, cappuccino machine and on the second floor a dedicated yoga space. Lay back in our day bed amongst the paddy fields and enjoy escape in the motherland!

Mawbima Villa has two floors with spacious living areas and bedrooms all equipped with high speed internet access, TV, AC, hot water, plush towels, wardrobes and ensuite spacious bathrooms. The living and dining area feature a Sri Lankan vintage designed dining table, flat-screen TV with smart tv capabilities and a satellite TV connection. Pour yourself a glass of wine or mix yourself up a drink at our featured bar area. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, stove, and oven. You'll find all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a fantastic meal and a barbecue to grill up the local catch of the day.

Located on the first floor are two spacious luxury double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a small room with a bunk bed (perfect for the kids!), main kitchen, living/entertainment area and bar.

On the second floor you will find 2 spacious luxury double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, mini fridges and private balconies. Rooms are equipped with king size beds, large ensuite bathrooms, workspace, wardrobe and lounge chair.
