Very nice place to stay if you have your own transport. Place was spotless, quiet with lots of free parking spaces. Host said in the email confirmation to text them when we arrived, I did and no reply - did not acknowledge. Plenty of hot water, water pressure is great. Carpet is very clean.

Comfortable bed! Easy checkin. Great facilities. Large room. Quiet area. Would stay again. Full kitchen to use and large dining area with multiple tables. Free parking right outside and lifts to use. I did see a laundry room downstairs but didn’t stop to check the costs or if it was free.

Lovely place to stay

My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean, there was tea, coffee, sugar and milk all provided. It's outside of Hillsborough so you will need transport to get around but there is plenty of car parking spaces and even space to charge an electric vechicle. Good communication and easy to undestand the locking system

Comfortable, clean and warm room

It was very convenient when travelling to the airports. It was a last minute decision so I only stayed a few hours and left at 4am to get my flight. It is warm and comfortable. There might be a person living in an apartment at the complex and he wasn't aware there was someone staying and he banged doors until midnight in and out to the kitchen until I went in search of, what I thought was, a window left opened that was causing a door to bang so often. I put a sandwich in the fridge for the morning and I noticed the fridge could be a little cleaner but I guess it might be hard to keep clean if there is someone living there full time. The bedroom with ensuite was immaculate with a large and powerful shower. The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep.

This facility was beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was that the door to the common kitchen area was very loud when other occupants went in or out of it. This occurred many times late into the night.

Fantastic stay in quiet countryside

This 20-30 minute drive away to the quiet countryside was just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of exploring the city center of Belfast. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had quickly. A full kitchen, laundry, and dining spaces were available to us.

Great last minute booking, wouldn’t arrive before midnight and i got a very detailed info email, arriving and getting into the rooms was super easy. Found free laundry and a shared kitchen. Even our late check out was possible !

This is a new built in a quiet place, very close to town. There are 2 fast charging stations for EVs. The rooms are very spacious and beds are big and comfortable. It's one of the best places I've stayed in more than 20 years of traveling.

Not worth the money

Booked last minute, the owner was very helpful with instructions for arrival. However we booked a king bed, on arrival it was 2 singles pushed together which was disappointing. In the bathroom the toilet didn’t flush properly and there were sockets hanging off the wall which is dangerous with steam and water involved. The room was very hot and there was no aircon so we struggled to sleep well. I don’t think it’s worth the money we paid.

Man in pants

Good however a bit shocked to find a man in the communal kitchen in his pants only! 😝 He was up at 6am banging and generally being noisy too. A bit annoyed by being woken early. 😱 The rooms and accommodation was outstanding though and I guess they weren’t responsible for the strange man wandering the house in his pants. 😊
