The staff and cleaniness were great.The breakfast was super with a lot of options. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working well and was not hot. :( the indoor pool was warmer.

The hotel itself was fine. BUT we booked through Hotels.com and upon arrival we were told we did not have a reservation!!! The hotel attendant helped us contact Hotels.com and the reservation was made under someone elses name but of course Hotels.com immediately charged my husbands card. And no refunds!!! Then the Hotels.com didn't offer any explanation for the wrong name or offer so much as an apology. At first we were going to just leave and find something else. But we got investigating and found the charge with bank, and a receipt from Hotels.com But once again the actual reservation had another name, address and phone number. If we had left we would have still been charged by Hotels.com and had to pay for somewhere else to stay. And again let me reiterate Hotels.com did not so much as apologize to us as customers or to Comfort Inn as vendor. In fact they were quite rude to hotel clerk for their (Hotels.com) mistake and told them to call someone else! I will never use Hotels.com or Expedia AGAIN
