Checkin was super easy, plenty of communication from Evolve and a direct phone number and email from the owner. Everything was as described or better (had a daybed in addition to a foldout sofa in the living room). Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to downtown Hilo, shops, and the Farmers Market.

This property was very clean and easy to use. It was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom as well as sheets and pillows for the beds. They had very good air conditioners to cool the house as well as fans. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.
