Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Harbour Town! The fabulous farm style dining table seats up to 8 people, and there are 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar.

To the right of the entry is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bath. Upstairs on the second floor is the master suite with private bath and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV with beautiful bathrooms. This villa is perfect for families and great for golf groups with its easy access to the Harbour Town Golf Course.

This villa can be rented along with 256 Stoney Creek (two bedroom townhouse next door) to provide a combination of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Perfect for extended family vacations or for those who need more space but want to be in the same complex. Inquire about availability of the two villas with The Vacation Company.

Beginning on May 5, 2025, two weeks after the finish of this year’s RBC Heritage, the world-famous, Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links will close for an extensive restoration project. This project has a tentative completion date of November 2025. Views of the course may be obstructed as course maintenance will be taking place 5-7 days a week.
