Viides huvila rannalta uusittu vuodelle 2018 -

Tämä huoneisto kunnostettiin uusilla keittiönkaappeilla, kruunuvalulla, kattotuulettimella, upotetulla valaistuksella, korkealaatuisella vuodesohvalla (kuningatar) olohuoneessa jne. Vuonna 2018. Huoneisto sijaitsee kätevästi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta (5. huvila rannalta) - 3 minuuttia ja olet hiekalla !. Lisä nautintoa varten olemme asentaneet kattotuulettimet makuuhuoneeseen ja olohuoneeseen sekä litteät televisiot / kaapeliyhteyden molemmissa huoneissa. Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys.

Huvilan ulkopuolella on pieni kansi rentoutuaksesi ja kuunnellessaan valtameren aaltoja ja tuntemassa valtameren tuulta. Kannella on Admirals Row (erittäin hiljainen). Lomakeskuksessa on saaren suurin merenranta-uima-allas. Siellä on myös Tiki-baari, jossa voit rentoutua ja juoda samalla kun kuuntelet Island Musicia (vuodenajasta)

Lomakeskuksessa on myös kuntokeskus, täyden palvelun urheilubaari / ravintola, kauppa, TEN-tenniskentät, shuffleboard, leikkipaikka ja päivittäiset aktiviteetit lapsille (vuodenajan mukaan). Siellä on myös polkupyörien vuokrausyritys, jos haluat hyödyntää Hilton Headsin upeita pyöräilyreittejä.

Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Folly Field Beach. The resort itself is nice, older but well maintained, great location. Lots of families with little kids and retired people so it's quiet at night, busy during the day. When we checked into the room at 4 pm (check in process was through the front desk for a parking pass and we were given a door code to go directly into the room, very easy). The room had not been cleaned after the last guest. This was disappointing, host was responsive but in a different state so could only call the maid service they use to figure out the issue. Maid came within the hour. She cleaned really quickly and you could tell it had not had a deep cleaning in a long time, for us the floors were dirty, couch full of crumbs from last renter, not enough bedding for the fold out couch. Host was again responsive and fixed the issue by getting us more bedding and offering to have the maid come back to do the floors the next day. I asked to be let out of the rental but he declined this request. The maid who came the next day took the couch cushions and the coverings for the seat cushions to clean them and we never saw them again so it was uncomfortable having no back cushions on the couch. My one main general complaint about the condo itself is the bedroom window is not really a window, it is just open to the hallway so there is no natural light in the bedroom, it felt claustrophobic to me. I feel it would be small for 6 people to stay, better for smaller groups or a couple.

HH Condo

We had a great stay. The condo access was easy and the unit; however small, was clean and well stocked (except for toilet paper). I would recommend that the owner have a toilet paper holder installed for sanitary reasons. Also, recommend instructions on TV operation - very challenging. The picture posted on the rental site of the view from balcony was not accurate as it was a parking lot. Small negatives for such a top notch unit. Thank you.

Fabulous

Cleanest VRBO we have stayed. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a great bed, and is close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Superb communication, extra mile effort by the owner, 5-Star experience.

Weekend Getaway

We had a brief but comfortable stay at this unit. The upgraded kitchen and bathroom were a nice touch. The check in process was seamless. For two people, the unit and location provided everything we needed to escape for a couple of days. What made this stay stand out was the communication with the owner. Their communication was not just timely, but proactive. They reached out regularly to make sure our stay met our expectations and were responsive to our questions and comments. We would stay here again.

Cute and cozy with an unfortunate issue

The place is quaint and updated. Unfortunately unable to enjoy it due to an issue from the previous renter. Had to leave the balcony door open the entire stay during the brisk weather in order to minimize the smoke smell. The owner of the unit was responsive but was somewhat limited in their ability to mitigate the issue due to the extent of the mishab, but did try hard with their cleaning company never the less. Unfortunately due to the circumstances and the timing we were unable to find another place to move to, so we just had to tough it out. Not owners fault and seems to be an anomaly, so we will give the place another shot during our next visit.

Owners very responsive, nice property

This was a great condo, perfect for a small family. It was really nice that they had extra amenities like nice beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even toys. When we had one very small issue with not having enough linens, the owners were super responsive and had extra linens delivered the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach access

We came for the close easy beach access and were not disappointed. Probably a 5 minute walk from the condo door to the beach shore. The property is clean and updated. Checkin is simple and the owner promptly responds to questions. There was plenty of parking available very close to the condo and it’s nice staying on the 1st floor. My only critique was I didn’t see any dishwasher detergent.

Fantastic property & great location!

This was the perfect little condo for our family of 5. Just enough space. Right near the boardwalk entrance. Short walk to the pool. The pool was nice & spacious! The beach bar on property looked SUPER fun & always seemed to have music or something going on. The owners had great communication & great recommendations. We didn’t want to leave! Wonderful, relaxing home to enjoy & explore Hilton Head.
