very nice and clean community. Big and nice pool. Great for family especially with kids . Unfortunelty, hot tub was broken at the last day of our stay and also, a lot of kids under age 12 was at the hot tub .

overall clean but had its downs.

The pros were that it was clean and a good location. The outdoor pool bar was closed the whole time. that was a bummer and one of the reasons we booked there. The lazy river has no tubes. you have to drive to the store to buy tubes.

Everyone was so kind. It was very clean. The amenities were amazing! Close to so many things, the beach, ice cream, shopping, eating, gas stations. Highly recommend Sweet Al’s. The cinnamon rolls are amazing!

You pay more than the sticker price

The hotel/resort was fine. The rooms were very nice. If there is one thing I cannot stand, is being nickel & dimed. They charge extra to use bicycles for the day. They charge a "resort fee." Lastly, they pester you to participate in a sales pitch to buy a time share.
