All three staff members at the front desk were slow and disorganized, and even after giving me the wrong bill, they didn’t show a hint of apology. Instead, they giggled among themselves, making me feel uncomfortable as a guest. I’ve been coming to this resort for vacations for many years, but I don’t think I’ve ever encountered front desk staff as rude and lazy as the ones this year.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The views are amazing—exactly the kind of spot you want to just sit back and relax. Only thing I’d change is the cleanliness. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but a little extra elbow grease in the rooms and common areas would go a long way. Overall, great place with awesome people and gorgeous scenery. Just a tiny bit of sprucing up and it’d be perfect!

Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests.
