Room was not cleaned and it looked like someone was still using it Front desk person offered a refund but I said it was unacceptable do to the fact it was almost 10pm at night so she looked again and said she has a room she ran to check if room was okay she said it was and gave us the room when we got into room we found ROACHES running around desk and tv we went back to front desk asked for a refund and left. We went to 3other hotels before we got a room.

The room hasn’t been checked. It was dusty and dirty. I would not walk on carpet barefoot or with socks. Also the cheap flooring in the room was slippery with whatever they cleaned it with. The hallway heading to the room smelled of sweat. I would not recommend this hotel. The guest services (front desk) were very pleasant but I know they don’t handle the room cleanliness.

I can not say enough good things about the staff and the cleanliness of this establishment. Professional and courteous and always a positive attitude. The 24hr gym and hot breakfast were definitely a plus as well!

Room was clean, but definitely could use some updating, as could the rest of the hotel. Mattress was a bit firm for us. Breakfast selections were good, some instant oatmeal would be a nice addition. The Halloween decorations were awesome!! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and get what we needed. Definitely overall a nice place to stay.

Staff was great. Carpeting is extremely worn and stained. Hallways have strong mildew smell. Walls in bad need of fresh paint. Window treatments are old and dirty. Some outlets work, some don't. Wood credenza has major chips near floor. Outside looks nice, inside is old and very outdated.

The staff was wonderful, we loved the location, quiet but 10 minutes drive to everywhere we wanted to go. If we ever need a hotel in Bluffton again I would happily stay there again

Roaches. I know down south it is expected. There were roaches behind our microwave, refrigerator, walls in the bathroom. Woke up in the middle of the night to get a drink and there was a roach on my cup. Talked to the staff and they said there wasn't anything they could do. They did refund up. The hotel was run down on top, but the infestation of roaches did us in. Do NOT go here!

The staff is excellent! I had a room that was permeated with cat odor, & I am highly allergic to cats. I did ask the next morning for a room change but they were booked. I went out & brought alot of sprays (air sanitizers) & had to buy alot of allergy medications luckily I didnt have to use my Epi pen
