Construction was still going on at the property although it was supposed to be completed before June. The service in the restaurants was nice, friendly and tasty but a bit overpriced. $9 for a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich for my 6 yo is crazy. We found food and amenities to be cheaper off property, especially beach chairs, bikes and umbrella rentals at other beaches/hotels. My kids loved the turtle talk session where they also fed the turtles. The arts, crafts and games area wasnt much but my daughter did make bracelets. I would come back to Hilton Head but probably not this hotel.

Beautiful property, convenient beach access, beautiful room the waitress in the Seacrest restaurant for breakfast was a bit rude and they include tip in the total automatically. All the rest of the staff was amazing.

Everything was nice... i went through Expedia, room reserved ended up ADA room which I did not need, desk did get me another room it was a king, not a deluxe king, but it was good. Room 3052 could not change from tub to shower. We would definately return.

We traveled across the country to take our kids to the beach. We had the worse view in the resort, and it smelled like food the entire time. No way someone should be charged several thousand dollars for the weekend for this. This room should be discounted for no more than $100/night.

Every staff person that we met with was so helpful and friendly. The room was nice (5th floor) and clean. The food at the hotel was excellent. Really enjoyed this little get away with my mom.
