Panoraamanäkymät! 16 Singleton Shoresin kartano tarjoaa näkymät merelle ja merelle joka talon tasolta. Kun kävelet sisään, sinut tervehditään avoin ja valoisa olohuone, jossa on baarikeittiö, biljardipöytä ja pääsy oma uima-altaan äärelle. Toisessa kerroksessa on päivitetty keittiö, toinen olohuone ja ruokailuhuone, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkaa koko perheelle. Great house!

We had a great time staying at 16 Singleton. The house had so much space for all 3 families that stayed. The kids loved having a pool table and pool to play in. The location to the beach was great it was only an easy short walk to what felt like a private beach. We all loved staying here and would definitely book this house again!

Family Reunion

This rental house had ample space for four families. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which made getting ready a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The pool area had plenty of seating for evening visits. There were two tables for dinning and plenty of seating in the living room. If I had to recommend anything I might add a firepit for the pool area. We had a fabulous time and would recommend this rental.

Family vacation

The house was a great size for the 8 adults and 3 kids in our family. Plenty of seating areas on two levels, nice open kitchen that was well stocked, loved bathroom with every bedroom, nice bar area and loved having the pool. We did think that, for the price , there might be access to pool/beach floats/toys. Also, with the house sleeping up to 16 the pool is a bit on the small side. Loved the quiet neighborhood that was close to shopping. We had a great view of the beach/ocean. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

Thanksgiving reunion

The house is amazing! The rooms were beautiful and there was tons of space to chat, play games, and just relax while enjoying an amazing view. I wish the walk to the beach was a bit more user friendly.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and was a short drive to outlets, restaurants, etc. It accommodated our family of 10 easily and was well furnished. Pool table and private pool are huge bonuses. This property also has a great few over the marsh and ocean. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful Home - Exactly as described

This is a very nice property and top grade quality for the furniture and appliances. The house was very nice and all furniture and bedding was very comfortable. I love the bottom floor layout and area that leads out to the back patio and pool. There is a beverage fridge and ice maker that makes it conventient to have cold beverages and snacks while hanging out at the pool. The living area was very comfortable with plenty of room and tables for dining with large families / friends. It's a short walk to the beach but a very pleasant one and down a road with very little traffic. All in all, I was very happy with this house.

Beautiful and relaxing get away

This property was everything we could have imagined! Very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our multi family gathering! The one draw back was the fact that it didn’t have simple cooking spices like salt and pepper. Be prepared to handle lots of stairs but for us it was a welcome exercise after lounging at the pool and beach. Our family ranged from 77 years old down to 6 years old and everyone loved the property. The beach was a little walk (less than 10 mins) but if you rent bikes you can get their very quickly! To wake up to this view every morning was amazing. The beach was somewhat private as it’s only access was for those in the neighborhood. It was also right next to a park with a playground perfect for our 6 year old. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head were very easy to work with! I would highly recommend this property.

Family of 4 Pandemic-Safe Vacation

We appreciated the extra space for indoor activities in the separate family room and game room areas, as well as the sitting rooms in 2 bedrooms. It was far more space than we needed, but so nice to have separate zones for reading, gaming, etc. The location is PERFECTION if you like a gorgeous view but don't want to be in the midst of crowded beaches. The walk to the beach was a short 10 minute stroll on a paved road through the marsh, and briefly through a new development on the beach. Easy, uncrowded beach access was just 10 minutes away by foot. The pool is great. We did have some trouble with the heater - we were told it had been turned on early in the week, but it never heated properly. When the issue was resolved on our last day, it was a noticeable difference. So - if the pool doesn't feel warm and you pay for heat - speak up immediately. The management company did issue a refund, so we are happy with that outcome. All in all, a great safe getaway during Covid.

Wonderful spring break

We had such a wonderful time at this Hilton Head for a relaxing spring break! The house is amazing (even better than the photos!), it felt so clean and had everything we needed. There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind. It has a lovely view of the marsh and beach. We loved our quick bike rides down the the beach, it's a very easy ride. Everything about it was just perfect!

Christmas getaway

The house is very nice a lot of stairs but we all got much needed exercise. Very clean and whenever I had a problem only had one they responded fast We are already planning on going back during the summer this was a Christmas to remember

Really liked everything about the property and location. Only complaint was that the dishwasher didn't work and there was water that leaked out that we had to clean when we arrived.

Golf get away

We had an enjoyable experience here. I few items need attention. The propane should be checked regularly as not all remember to turn off the valve after each use ( no propane when we needed it) :(. Lights should be checked as well. Toilet seat in one of master bedroom is broken. Otherwise everything was simply great!

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house was perfect for us. We had two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers). There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the house is nicely decorated but still homey, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location and views are amazing. We loved watching the wildlife in the marsh, and the direct view and sound of the ocean was wonderful. It’s a very short walk to the beach, and a short drive to a variety of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this house and hope to return! Thanks for a great stay.

Great property just wish the house was cleaned with no sand and food on the floor and had to call for the pool to be serviced. Other than those few issues it was an amazing stay and loved the views.

More than we could have ever imagined!

We can't say enough how much we loved staying in this home. It was absolutely perfect for our over sized family of fifteen (15). The view of the ocean from the many balconies is absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee each day. The private pool was a big hit with both young and old. The little ones enjoyed several evenings swimming after dark. The main floor living room with the pool table was a hit, providing our adult children an opportunity to hang out and catch up. While the boys played pool, the girls enjoyed playing with the many board games in the homes for your guests to enjoy. We take our children to Hilton Head each year for a family vacation and we can say with all honesty, this was, by far, the nicest property we have rented. If available next year, we would most certainly love to make our annual family vacation memories there. The beach
