Come stay at our totally remodeled and beautifully updated condo. The kitchen has brand new cabinets with greater storage and all brand new appliances. A wall was removed to make the bedroom larger for your comfort. But the star of the show is the new spa-like bathroom with a new walk-in shower with huge 12-inch rain shower head and hand-held shower hose, awesome wave tile and beautiful new tile flooring, along with new vanity and fixtures! The condo also has brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. You won't want to miss this beautiful condo with so many added amenities!

Location, Location, Location!!! We are steps to the beach, no streets to cross and located a five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza, which is considered the "downtown" of Hilton Head, with lots of stores and restaurants. Sip a drink on our balcony as you enjoy our ocean view! Relax on Sea Side's sundeck overlooking the beach, great for sunbathing and stargazing. When you come from the beach, there's a new shower area to shower off the sand and clean all of your beach toys and equipment. Enjoy two pools on the property, along with a swing overlooking the ocean. There is a barbecue grill area with picnic tables.

Our condo is stocked with many of your favorite amenities. There's nothing extra you have to pack. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and bikes! Perfect rental for couples, girls' getaways, and families with small children. Bike on the beach or the 100 miles of bike trails on the island. As you sunbathe, watch the dolphins and pelicans. Our beach, South Forest Beach, is considered Hilton Head's favorite beach. Any local with tell you that. You'll enjoy the easy access to our villa via an elevator located on the parking level, making all those trips to the beach and shopping a breeze.

Come and enjoy our freshly renovated condo featuring a beach theme and colors! The queen sleeper sofa is commercial grade (not flimsy and no bar at your back) and has a 7-inch memory foam topped mattress, unbelievably comfortable!! Definitely NOT your typical sleeper sofa! There is one bunk bed perfect for a little one. The bedroom has a queen size bed with all brand new linens to sleep on.

We fell in love with Hilton Head (and you will too) on our first trip here in the '80s and have been coming here ever since. We bought this condo because of its proximity to Marriott's Grande Ocean, which we own a timeshare week at, and are able to use its facilities being an owner. We also own other weeks of Marriott timeshares that we rent out. Not only that, we have many weeks on deposit that we can exchange to other timeshares anywhere around the world and also rent those out. We have been renting our timeshare weeks out now over 25 years! Please let me know if you're interested or would like me to search a rental for you.

We spent most of our time shopping and site seeing so to have a cozy place to come back to was great. All the beach themed decor was so cute. Because of the weather we didn’t see the beach until the morning we left but to have all the equipment on hand to make a beach day was great. We hope to return in the spring for some rays!

Mother and daughter girls trip

A wonderful getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cute little condo. The owner thought of everything to make the stay perfect. It's so nice to have the chairs and umbrellas for the beach along with the handy cart to haul our things. The little cooler came in handy also. She seriously thought of everything. We took the included bikes on a day trip to Sea Pines. She mapped out a route that we followed and had a great time. We rented a car but with the location of this property you can literally bike or walk anywhere. We will definitely stay here again if available on our next trip to beautiful HHI

Exceptional condo

This condo was the best I have ever stayed in in seaside villas. It was beautifully decorated. There was ample supply of everything from towels, toiletries, beach gear and bikes. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Instructions were clearly laid out for every gat and door. . The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating for cleanliness is because the fans needed a serious dusting but other than that everything was spotless. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy access to the beach and other amenities.

Hilton Head is a very beautiful vacation spot,the condo was very cozy and clean, the rain had shower was very cool, loved how close it was to the beach and everything was provided for the beach including umbrella, chairs, and beach cart ,very close a walk to the Colony Plaza as well, or you can ride a bikes that was provided with a condo. Super nice and fully equipped. This is the one!!

This was our second weeklong visit to Hilton Head Island so we were looking for someplace nice, close to the beach and somewhat affordable. We were lucky enough to find Sea Side Villa #143 which met all of our requirements and then some. We found the unit to be recently remodeled, nicely decorated, super clean, and free from the wear and tear we have seen in other rentals. The unit features a large bedroom with TV, bathroom with a rain head shower and a combination kitchen / living room with a second TV and sleeper sofa. The ocean view from the balcony is very nice and it was just a short walk to the beach itself. The unit is fully equipped with all the kitchenware, appliances, commodities and beach toys you would ever need for a week of Fun-n-Sun. There are even six bicycles that you can take on the beach or the local bike trails. The walking/biking trails are right across the street from the condo. How easy is that!! We were lucky to have good weather for most of our stay but on the days it rained we took advantage of the condos Roku streaming boxes to watch a few movies and catch up with email. The internet service provided is plenty fast and handled all our devices with ease. The unit is a little on the small side, approximately 560 sq ft but we did not mind it at all. By the end of the week, for the two of us, it felt like home. We highly recommend Sea Side Villa #143. Its modern, clean, affordable and in a really nice location close to many of Hilton Heads activities.
