This project will begin at Admiral's Row Building B, which could impact guests staying in Admiral's Row Building A and Ocean View Building A.



Our 2nd-floor villa at Admiral’s Row combines the convenience of a premier resort with the privacy of a personal beach home. The interior features a "white and bright" aesthetic, highlighted by granite countertops in a fully equipped kitchen and durable tiled flooring throughout—perfect for easy cleanup after a day at the beach.

The master suite offers a plush king-sized bed and flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom is tailored for children or extra guests with two twin beds. For larger groups, the living room includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa, allowing the unit to sleep six comfortably without feeling crowded. The standout feature is the oversized private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out over the Admiral's Row pool toward the Atlantic Ocean.

You can enjoy calming ocean views from the balcony, and the villa is located directly across from the quiet Admiral Row Pool. There is a 2nd pool at the resort, which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.

The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movies at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, a beach bar, a huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickleball courts, a playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.

Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

To ensure a smooth stay, please keep the following in mind:

Supplies: We provide a full set of plates, bowls, glassware, and cookware. Please bring your own cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper) and specialized utensils like chopsticks, as these are not provided.

Resort Rules: E-bikes are strictly prohibited within the resort community.

Laundry: Common-area washers and dryers are located within the building for guest use.

Seasonal Perks: During the summer months, enjoy "Movie Night at the Pool" and various organized resort activities. For those visiting between September and March, be sure to inquire about our "4th Night Free" or "4th Week Free" promotions.
