Mold in the rooms and bathrooms. You can hear everyone in the hallways- there is no sound barrier. They have focused on the remodeling pool and tiki hut area which was so cool and amazing! Good live music. However, the rooms are lacking and need to be updated themselves. Besides the rooms, it was overall a great place to stay. Will be back once the rooms are redone!

We love the location of the beach house and the staff is very friendly however their hallways and room could use an upgrade . That being said it still is our go to hotel for Hilton Head ! You just can’t beat the location !

The staff were great! The hotel is ideally located on the beach. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and the tiki bar was awesome. The room was only ok. The room decor was a bit tired, the sink didn’t drain and the fridge froze our food.

While you can tell this is a renovated property, our room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and the staff was friendly. You can’t beat the location!

Everything was great except the bathroom. Building is older and bathtub/shower reflected that. It was clean, just had cracks in tub to the point I wouldn’t take a bath in it. Bed was comfy, loved tiki hut being so close. The downstairs restaurant was average, but enjoyed poolside drink service. Pool area very clean and ability to easily go from beach to pool was nice.

The customer service level of the staff was outstanding. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We had two small dogs and the staff made them feel welcome as well by providing treats for them at check. Many shops, bars and cafes are only a short walk. Fantastic beach and live music at the Tiki Hut. We will definitely stay again.
