Runsas luonnonvalo, houkuttelevat parketit ja erinomainen sijainti odottavat sinua, kun pysyt tässä viehättävässä kodissa Hilton Head Islandilla! Tämä upea huoneisto sijaitsee alle kilometrin päässä satamakaupungista, ja se tarjoaa pääsyn yhteiselle uima-altaalle ja tenniskenttiä, jotta vierailusi olisi mahdollisimman miellyttävä!

Tämä äskettäin uusittu, korotettu ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneisto Lighthouse Tennis -huoneistossa tarjoaa näkymät uima-altaalle ja maisemalle olohuone / ruokailuhuoneesta, jossa on myös pääsy kannelle, jossa on patio. Vinyylilevyn lattiapäällyste kattaa kiinteistön pääalueet sekä kylpyhuoneet. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, jossa on lisämukavuuksia. Siellä on myös 50-tuumainen seinään varustettu taulutelevisio.

Ruokailutilassa on istuimet 6 hengelle, ja se on avoinna keittiölle. Äskettäin uusittu keittiö sisältää graniitti työtasot, laattojen backsplash ja uudet kaapit.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on amme / suihku yhdistelmä sekä kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, taulutelevisio ja viereinen kylpyhuone.

Lighthouse Tennis -kompleksi sijaitsee upeissa vanhoissa sammalaisissa tammissa, ja siellä on paikan päällä tenniskenttiä ja uima-allas, joka on tarkoitettu yksinomaan sen asukkaiden ja vieraiden käyttöön. Nämä nykyaikaiset yhden tason, 2 makuuhuoneen huvilat ovat kauniisti integroituja kahden ja kolmen kerroksisen rakennuksen pieniin klustereihin, jotka kaikki ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Harbour Townista. Rannalle pääsy on pyöräilyetäisyydellä. Sekä ranta että satamakaupunki ovat myös Sea Pines -vaunun kautta, joka pysähtyy läheiselle Sea Pines Center -aukiolle, lyhyen viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. We’ve stayed in Sea Pines several times and have always enjoyed our visits, but unfortunately, this particular property didn’t meet our expectations. The unit had a strong musty odor, which made it uncomfortable to unpack our luggage. The rugs and furniture appeared in need of a deep cleaning, and while the kitchen had some updates, the unit lacked basic essentials such as hand soap and sufficient toilet paper.The space could definitely benefit from some freshening up and brighter decor to make it more inviting. On a positive note, the location was great—just steps from the communal pool and within walking distance to The Shops at Sea Pines and Harbour Town. However, based on our experience, we would likely choose a different unit for future stays.

Not satisfied at all

We had to check in late because they were still cleaning our room after 4pm. Our door code reset twice and we had to call to have it fixed but phone connection was terrible so we had to call four times. Then I got an email that I was eligible for late checkout, which sounded great, but the app wasn’t working, so I called to arrange over the phone and they told me I missed the deadline by a few minutes. They wouldn’t make any exceptions. Poor communication, poor customer service. We were not satisfied at all.

Very nice comfortable condo

The condo was very nice and clean. It was a bit complicated to figure out how to raise the temp on the thermostat and it was a bit chilly inside during September. Also It would be good if they had streaming services like Netflix set up but over all a very comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day once we raise the heat a bit.

Great Location

Overall, I did enjoy this unit. The location is great as you are not too far from anything; Harbour Town, Golf Courses, and the Beach Club. I do wish that the rental had included a couple bikes for convenience as many other units do. This unit had all of the space we needed with some nice updates with a great kitchen and washer and dryer. There are some things that could have been better in our opinion. This included some bathroom updates, more comfortable beds, and working window treatments. Upon our arrival, we found dirty dishes in the sink and crumbs on the floor which disappointed us though we easily took care of it. Overall, I would recommend this unit to others.

Great little condo

Good amount of space and nicely updated. Still a few things that could be updated a bit more - the blinds at the sliding doors are terrible and the smaller guest bath could use a refresh. Otherwise, great location and all of the necessities at the condo. Be advised that this time of year, the pool is pretty much the temp of bathwater. We live only an hour and a half away, so that is to be expected by this time of year.

This unit overlooks the pool and was very clean. The location is very close (walkable) to Sea Pines Center with restaurants and Harbour Town. We enjoyed our stay.

Great overall experience other than unit above us doing remodeling all week. Was very loud during the day. After a long day at beach a nice shower and Power Nap would have been amazing but it was a struggle

From the booking to the end of our stay was an enjoyable experience. We had an issue with our tub drain and it was handled within an hour of informing the property manager. The condo and kitchen utensils could use some updating , but overall everything was good.

Nice Time in Sea Pines

As someone who does VRBO often, I like to give honest reviews, as I appreciate them when looking at properties for myself. This condo was very nice for our family of 3. I think it would be too small for any more than that. Overall the unit is clean and nicely appointed-renovated kitchen was lovely. A few things we noticed - screen to porch was completely broken - shower curtains could be replaced more regularly and sheets were not comfortable at all (I'd opt to bring my own). This unit is ideally located - next door/walk to the Shops at Sea Pines and a 15 minute walk to HarborTown. A short drive to the Beach Club. We enjoyed the fact that it was a slow time of year and we could sit outside and have coffee overlooking the pool, however, if you go during the busy months, it will definitely be noisy with families right outside your unit enjoying the pool. Also, this is a first floor unit, and luckily we did not have anyone staying above us until the very last day. Our vacation would have been ruined otherwise-they were so loud - up late and early to rise! One last thing worth mentioning, we grocery shopped prior to arrival. Basics like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwashing liquid were all included but you'll need to bring all pantry staples including coffee filters, salt, pepper, seasonings, pam, etc., whatever you typically use to prepare foods. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this unit in Sea Pines and exploring all the things to do on Hilton Head.

Weekend Birthday get away.

The unit was not clean, light bulbs were burned out and the bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely dated. The garbage can cupboard has never been cleaned behind, and screens were broken to the patio. It smelled like mildew. The last time it was sprayed for insects was 2018 and Several roaches were found in the unit. Also the front door did not close all the way without extra force. Very disappointed!!

Clean and Comfortable

Loved our stay here! Beautifully updated and clean with great natural light. We love the location near the Sea Pines center and a quick bike ride to everything else. My only comment was that the kitchen was lacking in some basics like a cutting board and baking sheet. We will definitely stay again!

Photos make property look nicer than it is

This property is very dated. The floors appear to have been replaced, however the bi-fold closet doors were off the tracks. The blinds going out to the porch were broken with the cord hanging on the track. There were cobwebs throughout the kitchen and the management company was not easy to work with. This is at least our 7th trip to Hilton Head. Would not stay here again, however the location is very good.

Great safe getaway in midst of Covid

This condo was very nice & clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, appliances... We brought all our own food as we do not feel comfortable eating out or even doing take out yet due to Covid risk. Liked the open bar area between the kitchen & living room. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Shower pressure could have been a little stronger for our taste, but adequate. Enjoyed the pool area even though we had to bring our own chairs (pool chairs have been chained up due to Covid). Tennis courts are nice and they even have a pickleball court. Very convenient location for biking to beach, Harbor, store, trails...

Great condo and great location

Overall this was a great little rental. The fact that we didn't have to have a 7 day stay was perfect for our needs. The location, next to the Sea Pines Center, was PERFECT and the size was great for 3 people. The only issue (and I wouldn't call it an "issue") was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. They were clean but due to the humidity in SC they both could use some serious mildew treatment. But overall the place was clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, the washer and dryer were handy and there was plenty of parking. Great value for the price and we'd stay here again.
