A Weber propane grill is provided in case you are an outdoor cooking enthusiast. Be prepared to spot frequent visitors, including Great Blue Herons, egrets, turtles, and jumping fish from 1584 Lagoon! And if fishing is your sport, you can try your luck by casting into the lagoon just steps off our deck.

The villa also has a new HVAC system and hot water heater (2025).

Guests can enjoy access to the South Beach community pool by purchasing passes directly through the Access Granted system. The property is already registered, just visit and select “Vacation Renter/Visitor” to purchase your passes. Payment is made directly through their site.

Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed.
