Tervetuloa, kahden makuuhuoneen, ranta condo. Täysin kunnostettu huoneisto sisältää täyden keittiön, suojatun kuistilla, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, vuodepaikkoja kuudelle sekä vedävän sohvan. Yhteisö on suota edessä ja kaunis rantatie suoraan rannalle; ja siinä on kaksi ulkouima-allasta, sisäuima-allas, sauna, poreallas ja lapsi-allas. Uima-altaalla on tiki-välipalahiihto ja rantatien baari rantatiellä. Tämä yksikkö on rakennuksen kahden neljäskerroksessa hissipalvelulla.

Long weekend away

My partner and I were able to get away for a long weekend and this was the prefect spot for us! Close to the beach, great pool. Loved the screened in porch. Easy check in process and will definitely stay here again!

Very Cute, But Some Issues

Location was great, access was a breeze, and first impression was very well decorated and cute! There were hooks everywhere, nice storage for toiletries, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Bed setup was perfect for our family, but the primary bedroom sheets were polyester and kept slipping off the mattress. The floors were very gritty upon arrival so should be cleaned more thoroughly in between guests, perhaps add a mat at the front door. As other commenters have said, the guest shower water pressure is very low along with the amount of hot water, so plan accordingly for your children's bathtime. For the person hoping to get some work done, the wi-fi is spotty and there were SIX remote controls in the living room - we never got the TV to work out there nor the lighting in the primary bedroom - so the tech should be simplified. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The boardwalk to the beach was very beautiful.

The perfect spot for our family getaway!!

We had the best stay! The property was perfect and so family friendly. The beach was walkable and perfect (and the shuttle was so convienent after a long day at the beach), the indoor pool was perfect for the mornings when it was still a little chilly, and outdoor pool was awesome during the day. The spot had everything we needed and more! Already looking to come back and stay here again!

Nothing Fancy, Good for the Price

We went with something a little cheaper then we normally do. Was a little worried when we walked into the condo to see the paint peeling. Didn't seem to be moldy just more of a humidity issue. Probably should scrap off and repaint soon. The water pressure was TERRIBLE. And the shower heads are really low for normal height people. Kitchen was full stocked with items to cook with. Lots of fun things in the beach locker. Be prepared to WALK FAR for the beach. The walk is fine, just hope none of you people need to #2 or you have a super long walk back hoping the youngest doesn't poop his pants. All in all it was a cheaper rental and okay for the money. However, we proably wouldn't return. We honestly didn't love Hilton Head anyways. It's to spaced out. We like to walk around and this isn't the place for that.

Wonderful experience

We visited Hilton Head for a last minute fall break trip. The unit was clean and as advertised. The owner communicated clearly and the check in/out was simple. The facility amenities were very nice. The complex was definitely showing some wear but was clean and well maintained. The indoor pool, work out facility, and sauna were all very nice. The unit’s beach locker was stocked with loads of supplies which we used every day. The boardwalk to the beach is longer than expected but very beautiful. My kids loved watching the birds and looking for critters along the way. If you have younger children I would recommend a stroller or wagon though. The beach was wonderful and not crowded. The surrounding area was full of restaurants and shopping. It was a short trip and we only scratched the surface of things to do on the island. Overall great experience and high value for the price. I would return and recommend.

Amazing vacation!

The condo is exactly as pictured, clean and spacious. We loved the view of the lagoon from the balcony and the kids loved the bunk beds. The linens and towels were hotel quality. The resort was clean and well kept. Any staff we spoke with were helpful and friendly. The pools were great and the hot tub was huge! As we were there during Tropical storm Debby, the indoor pool area was awesome. The walk to the beach was not as long as expected and the marsh area had lots for the kids to see. The resort is close to several grocery stores, as well as some larger chain stores. There also restaurants and a movie theatre nearby. While we didn't get to explore the island as much as we wanted to, the resort and the condo were a wonderful place to stay as a family. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely go back! T

Wonderful beach family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 4 that includes a teen and a tween. We had plenty of room to spend time together and go off on our own. We loved the additional amenities like the steam room and gym. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach just a simple walk away. Our property had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book again!

Comfy and Clean

My teen daughter and I were visiting friends that live in Bluffton. The condo was clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use the amenities (which are great for kids of all ages) and only made it to the beach twice for a brief visit. It's a beautiful walk on the boardwalk in the evening, just before sunset. We were out most all day and the condo was a nice place to come back to for a good nights rest. It was quiet and we both slept well. It is a huge complex and we got a little turned around the first few days but soon figure it out. If you get back to the complex late in the evening, you will end up parking far from the entrance. Keep this in mind if you have a lot of stuff to carry from your car to the condo. My daughter -who can be picky about where we stay - wants to stay here again.

Very Cute, Super Clean!!

We had the best time. We live in FL and met some friends that live NC here as a midway meeting point!! The owner gave very prompt responses and the condo had everything you needed!! The AC works amazing which is wonderful when you come in from a day at beach and in the sun! Thank you!!

Great for families

Great size unit. Seems the elevator for this unit has been out of service for quite awhile but the elevator for the adjacent building was actually closer. Getting from one building to another was confusing. The whole complex needs more signage.

Great Stay!

Overall the condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The extra pillows and blankets were also great. The condo was in a great location in proximity to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. It is on the 4th floor so climbing up stairs can be a bit tiresome after awhile, but there is an elevator. If I had to give one suggestion, the bathroom fans were a loud and the shower water pressure was low in one of the bathrooms. Overall, we had a great time! Lots to do-- pickleball, great pool, the restaurant/shop on premises is neat and the beach is beautiful. We have been coming to HHI for a few years now and it never disappoints.

We spent 3 weeks at this site. The location is ideal for beaches, shopping, dining and walking. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. Water pressure was a bit low but sufficient. We have already booked this site for next year!

January Stay

We have stayed in this condo before and will again. It’s very clean and the owners have really stocked the unit with the upmost traveler consideration. While we were there, our home place had a bad snowstorm and ice. Several highways were closed. We were able to extend our stay thru Todd, who was so considerate and helpful. We were definitely pleased with our stay!!!

Well appointed and clean

We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day weekend. This condo is close to everything you need. The check in process was flawless. The condo is decorated so cute and has everything you need. The resort is older, but still has great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Mediocre but very enjoyable family vacation

I will preface my review by saying the property manager is great. The check in process was amazing and the manager communicates thoroughly to ensure a smooth check in. We were a little disappointed upon entry to find a distinct musty smell. An air freshener was sufficient to mitigate this. The room was otherwise very clean. The smart tv only has a few options in terms of the traditional apps (I.e no Hulu, prime, youtubetv). The kitchen was well stocked and the room was well furnished. I know the listing says you have a view of the marsh, but in reality, it is a small pond. Your view is the parking lot. The resort outside of the room is old and has not been updated since the last time I stayed in this resort back in 2005. If you are looking for high end amenities, this is not the resort for you. But it does offer a bargain price. The walk to the beach is definitely cumbersome. Especially if you are bringing anything with you to the beach. We would bring a wagon with supplies and our child. It’s about a 20 minute walk total one way. There is a shuttle that runs sporadically so you should plan to walk. The beach is also fairly crowded around the resort. The enjoyment of the stay is less about the resort and more about Hilton head itself. The island is a great vacation for families and we certainly had a great time. This resort allows you to do just that without offering luxuries that would otherwise enhance an already enjoyable vacation.

Satisfied

Place was nice. But the floors and other areas were quite dirty. No problem, we cleaned the first night and enjoyed the rest of the time we were there. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens, towels and blankets. We biked everywhere. 😊
