North Shore Place on upea uusi upscale osakehuoneisto kompleksi North Forest Beach Drive. Se sijaitsee suoraan vastapäätä sekä meren (100 jaardia) ja Coligny Plaza. Just got back from my week's vacation. My sister and I have gone to Hilton head for the past 14 years. We have stayed at North Shore place numerous times but this was the first time that stayed at Connie's place. We loved it! So much so that we plan on booking it again next year. Everything was exactly as she described it. We needed nothing.Everything was provided for us. Anything that you would think you would need was there. The plaza is right across the street with any store that you would want, lots of restaurants even a hardware store just in case( my sister needed glue and a tape messure !)and a grocery store that allows you to bring the carts with you back to the villa. The description of Connie's place said that there was also beach equipment provided in the storage closet if needed. I had heard this before and so I didn't trust it, and took beach equipment. Should have known Connie would not let me down,the closet was full of beach equipment! Every thing you need for the beach, so I know not to load the car down with it next year! The beach, it's only a block away. The pool and hot tub on the rooftop is great. An easy elevator ride to the fourth floor. But also was great as having access to the oceanfront Seacrest pool. Which has a bar and grill if you get hungry or thirsty while you're at the beach or pool. Thank you connie for a wonderful trip! We will see you next year.

Great Condo / Great Location

We have been going to Hilton Head for years and enjoy the South Forest Beach / Coligny Plaza area. This condo was just as advertised, very clean, prefect for 2 couples, and in a great location. We were also provided great information by the owners prior to our trip on all of the various details and codes for the condo, which was helpful and appreciated. Overall, the condo was well appointed and very nice.There were some issues during check-in, as the prior guests had messed up the door code, but we were able to work with the owners via cell phone to get it resolved and working. I would highly recommend this condo, and we will be looking to stay again here in the future.

Great condo and perfect location!

The condo is beautiful, and I appreciate the attention to things you need on vacay---access to chairs and wagons, convenient hooks in bathroom, washer/dryer, coffee-maker, games and puzzles, etc.! The corner balcony was amazing! You can walk easily walk to beach, shops, and restaurants from here! Elevator and luggage carts made unloading and loading very manageable! Appreciate the responsive communications from the owner! I highly recommend and plan to return here on future visits to HHI!

Love North Shore Place!

We have been to HHI many times in both homes and condos and we love staying at North Shore Place! The NSP complex and location are just perfect - very close to Coligny & the beach and the condo was exactly as described. Another great trip to HHI!

Great Location But Needs Maintenance

The location is excellent but the unit needs maintenance: bulbs out, fridge water filter expired, rusted balcony furniture, rusted dispensers at sink, no pull chain for master bedroom fan, etc. and all the area rugs are curled up at the edges and are a trip hazard. All easy items to address. We informed the owner but never heard back from her. One final note, the pool was closed all week for maintenance and we were not informed till we arrived and discovered it.

Perfect Location!

We loved this property! It was very large with a big balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped. And it was a great location. Minutes to the beach and right next to coligny plaza. I walked to piggly wiggly! Highly recommend!

Location location location! Doesn’t get much better than this. 2 minute walk to pool and beach. Rooftop pool as well. 1 minute walk to coligny plaza. Can’t beat it. Connie’s communication was super detailed and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Goldilocks location!

Loved the location of this property. 1 block from the beach & across the street from Coligny Plaza - made everything super convenient. We loved the access to multiple pools. The condo was very spacious and we loved the patio. We could hear the live music from Coligny. The washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient when coming back from beach/pool with wet towels.

Needs a little TLC

We love staying at North Shore Place and have stayed there for many years. This unit needs a little TLC. Two of the chairs on the patio were broken. The unit was surface clean but needs a good deep clean. We contacted the owners about a few issues while we were there and they were extremely responsive and addressed our issues immediately. They were great to deal with. Nice pool, great location.

Incredible location

This was a quick father daughter trip and this place was perfect for walks on the beach, local food, and a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend. The owners are amazing and were super friendly to work with. If you are going to Hilton Head anytime soon. You should consider staying here!

Everything was exactly as was pictured on the website and more. We were extremely pleased with this condo. We have traveled all over the world, and with out a doubt this was one of the best places we have stayed. Here we were right in the middle of the most popular erea’s on Hilton Head Island. Great close location to the beach, walking distance to many great restaurants. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks and your condo was beautiful.

Perfect spot

This location is absolutely the best spot for you Hilton Head stay . Walking distance to Coligny plaza and the Frosty frog ( you got to try it ).The unit is equipped with everything you need and the communication with Connie was excellent , answered all the questions we had . Already looking into booking again
