This remarkable home welcomes you with glass double doors into a stylish living room with a 52-inch flat-screen TV. The formal dining room seats 10, leading to a screened-in porch overlooking the pool. The kitchen boasts modern amenities, including double ovens and a wine cooler. The main level offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The second level features two bedrooms with arched windows and private bathrooms. Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can't be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.

Been coming to HHI for 40 years so we are very familiar with the island. Have stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times and we loved the location of this home. Close to the beach and bike trails and the house was perfect for our family. Liked having a fully stocked kitchen and multiple sitting rooms. The bedrooms were perfect for our family as well and were comfortable.

The house is great for our group. Lots of private bedrooms/baths. The linens and toiletries were very nice, and the kitchen was well-stocked with glassware, dishes, flatware, etc. Three refrigerators on the property and a wine cooler. The pool was warm, although not sure how often it is skimmed.

This house has it all! Just returned from a girls trip and we loved our stay. House was very spacious, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and even included beach towels, chairs and a wagon. Short walk to beach and the pool was lovely.

Fantastic property!! The home was beautiful and fit our large family perfectly! The location, cleanliness, pool, and functionality of the house was great. The only thing I would add is some mirrors on the top floor as it was hard for the ones staying up there with only one bathroom mirror. Otherwise, it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!! Great location at the end of a lane, very quiet with little traffic. Beach was an easy walk or bike ride. Centrally located in the island. The house is fully stocked, very comfortable and accommodating for our group of 13. Everyone had their own space but also had ample areas for gathering. Sea Turtle rentals were very responsive to questions for parking passes and just a phone call away. Loved having the beach towels, chairs and wagons. And two laundry rooms were fantastic!! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Great Reunion House

What an incredible residence. We have been doing group vacations every year, and this house ranks at the top of the list of houses at which we have stayed. The only potential downside is that the pool is smaller than the pictures let on but it still got the job done for our group of 20 who were looking to cool off after the beach! The house was in tiptop shape and the check in process was seamless. The people at Sea Turtle were highly communicative and all around awesome. The combination of so much common space and so many bedrooms for the couples on the trip made this year's Labor Day Weekend trip one to remember! Sidenote: for large groups, the fact that this house has two ovens and two dishwashers became an invaluable asset during the trip.

we have rented this property in previous years--it is perfect for our family--enough bedrooms, bathrooms--kitchen, dining, living room areas are perfectly located--screened in porch--small pool in the back--great for afternoon swims after spending mornings at the beach, bike riding--quiet neighborhood--requested a little earlier checkin and was told it would be $100 extra--found offensive after 17,000+ rental fee--didn't need to get in early so it worked out. would rent again if we continue to need a house for our family reunions.

Very happy with our stay!

We had a group total of 18 people and the house fit us perfectly! It was in a great neighborhood. The house was very clean, however there were some trash bins still full in the bathrooms when we arrived. Perhaps they were just forgotten because other than that, the house was very clean. The pool heater was not working the first couple days of our stay, but we were able to get in contacts with the property manager quickly and they sent someone out right away to fix it. Very pleased with the communication with our hosts, the check in and check out process was easy, and the pictures on VRBO very accurately represented the property.
