The kitchen seamlessly opens up to the dining area, which comfortably seats six guests, and a raised countertop bar with three bar stools. This setup allows for a convenient space to enjoy meals together while taking in the beautiful view. The Master bedroom features a king size bed strategically positioned to offer a view of the ocean. Open the sliding door and step out onto your private balcony, a fantastic place to begin or end your day in serenity. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds, accommodating up to four guests, and has its own private bathroom. The Family Room is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, two occasional chairs, and a high-definition TV. With plenty of room to accommodate eight guests, this space is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, the villa includes a full-size laundry room for your convenience, ensuring a stress-free stay.

Perfect Palmetto Dunes Getaway

Wonderfully updated and well-maintained condo with views of both the pool and beach! Convenient beach access, and the pool was great for kids. Very accessible amenities with great deals available through the management company. The property was very conveniently located for the activities within Palmetto Dunes but also very accessible to the rest of the island. It was a perfect place for our first beach vacation as a family of four!

Absolutely perfect

This was the perfect place for us to stay. With two small children the access to the pool and the beach could not be beat. We didn’t have to leave at all since there was a full kitchen. We actually booked another trips for October before we even left!
