* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Guest Access:

Access codes are provided just prior to your arrival and auto-generated for each booking. You can also find your code in our Guest App. Keyless entry, no contact check-in and checkout.

Shipyard is located between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes, and is home to a splendid environment with abundant natural beauty and activities to entertain.



Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails.
