Guests enter Island Getaway by following the sidewalk from the driveway to the front door of this home. All of the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter the front door, you will find the dining area, living room, kitchen, family room, laundry room and half bathroom. The master suite, second master suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom are located off of the living room.



PETS CONSIDERED, PET FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. Motorcycles, motor homes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
