Stylish beach retreat: Enjoy ocean views and comfortable, Scandinavian design from this newly renovated villa located steps from the beach and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This well-appointed villa features a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, new flooring, tiled walk-in shower and separate bedroom with a desk perfect for checking emails or getting a little work done before heading to the beach. There is a 55-inch TV in the living room and a 50-inch TV in the bedroom. You can enjoy ocean-view dining on the balcony or at the kitchen island. There is plenty of closet space, games, puzzles, books, beach chairs and two bikes available for your use. Seaside Villas is a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. The complex offers an elevator and laundry facilities.
Seaside Villas is not pet friendly. The management company is very strict and there is $500.00 fine per day per pet

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Great place steps from the beach! Close to everything and walkable. Place was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you need for dining in. Bikes were a great bonus but we never used them due to the weather but It is a great money saver to have them included. I would recommend this place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great 4th of July Weekend

We had a great stay at the place over the holiday weekend. There were still parking spots even though we arrived late at night. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The listing was true to photos, and anything we needed (extra towels, trash bags, beach chairs) were provided. It had its own beach access and was within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back!

Best first impression of Hilton head

My overall stay was amazing! I had a last-minute urge to take my girls to Hilton head for our very first mother-daughter spring break trip and this place was exactly what we needed. It was super easy to book. The location was perfect! It was close to all the restaurants and we felt super safe the whole time . The bike rental was a huge plus! We plan for this to happen yearly ! We will definitely be back soon!

Nice, Relaxing Mini Vacation

Kendall was a great hostess. She had great communication and reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the cutest boutique cookies waiting on us upon arrival which was a very nice touch and welcoming! The unit was beautifully decorated and was exactly as listed. Checkin was smooth and we enjoyed our stay with no issues. We would stay again!

Amazing this property was perfect size for myself and my daughter for a three night stay on Hilton head. The beach was so close to walk to and a short walk or bike ride too many shopping and dining options. Highly recommend the host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Beautiful condo and excellent location

Beautiful condo with an excellent location. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery store and most importantly just steps from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Check-in was easy - Kendall was communicating with us the morning of our arrival. She was extremely helpful - checking in with us to ensure all was good with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Clean and Perfect for a Couple

Location is perfect! An easy walk to both the beach and the Plaza area, which is full of shops and restaurants. The bonus of having bikes to ride up and down the beach and the bike trails was great! The lovely condo is small, but we had plenty of space to make breakfast each morning and to sit on the balcony, which had a peek of the ocean. The bathroom had additional shelves for toiletries..handy. This was our first trip and we hope to repeat it in the future. It's all good!! Thank you Kendall and Jeremy!

Very clean, cute condo. Custom sugar cookie treats Upon arrival was super sweet. Very close to supercharger (1.7mi away) and local restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Short drive to Harbour Town. Hostess was super responsive and nice. Enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding beach access, short walk to shops and restaurants. From the beginning of booking to checkout. Kendall was in contact making sure we had everything we needed also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Kendall made everything very easy.
