This beautifully outfitted townhome features all new furnishings, including Casper mattresses in both bedrooms, Smart TVs throughout and a new propane grill.

The spacious living area offers two seating areas, a sleeper sofa, large Smart TV and access to the private patio overlooking the golf course. Guests have access to a powder room just off the living area for added convenience. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and a dining area with seating for 6.

Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The main bedroom features a king bed, golf course views, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
