Unparalleled views and luxurious accommodations await at 740 Schooner Court. This beautifully renovated and meticulously outfitted property boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and stunning views of the Calibogue Sound.
As you walk in the front door, you’re greeted with an open-concept floor plan and breath-taking water views. Wood flooring spans the entire property. The recently renovated kitchen offers an oversized wraparound bar, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and views of the living room and Sound beyond. The dining room table seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.
The living area offers comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio. The patio area has an outdoor dining table, gas grill and some of the most unobstructed, pristine water views on the island.
The bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd level. At the top of the first flight of stairs you’ll find a guest room with a full bed with twin trundle, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The second room on this level is one of two primary rooms. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV and a sitting area over looking the Sound. The private bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
At the top of the third level you’ll find a guest room with a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The second primary features a queen bed, flat screen TV, sitting area overlooking the sound a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
You wont find a more perfectly located condo on the island! Schooner Court is located in Harbour Town Marina, and guests are just mere steps away from the expansive playground, shops, dining, water sports options and, of course, the famed Harbour Town Lighthouse and golf course. A free trolley runs during the season, taking guests back and forth from the beach and beach club.
Guests at this property enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Sea Pines Harbour Town Pool. This is a 120-foot-long freeform pool featuring a kiddie pool and changing facilities. The pool is heated and cooled seasonally. Open daily from 9:00am until dark. Pool pass is required (provided in property for guests), swimmers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, no lifeguard on duty - guests swim at own risk.
Vehicle Policy: Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Sea Pines in Hilton Head that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants and top Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
