The staff person on the front desk was the most welcoming person we have experienced anywhere. The main door is way over at the side from the desk and she leaned out over the desk to call a welcome to us as soon as we walked in! Her smile and bright personality were uplifting.

Not too much variety for breakfast, oranges were quite bad, no yoghurt or milk, just some basic stuff. Room was clean, but upstairs toillet was leaking all night. Loud noises from the heating system or pipes which kept us up at night. The building could use some upgrades overall.

Price is great. Clean, but older facility. Bulbs and plugs not functioning. Staff friendly and helpful. Hot water for tea not hot. Sausage and eggs edible but not appealing. Could use some fruit. Bagel was good. Still would stay again.

The room wasn’t clean, There were dried spills on the end tables by the bed. The staff were very easy to deal with and the room was large and lovely, just not clean. Also, there wasn’t enough food at breakfast and I showed up at 8 and it was gone.

Staff were very friendly and courteous! 5/5 for the staff! The room, however, was outdated and in need of renovations. The bed on the main floor was lumpy and uncomfy, and the heater kicked on and off throughout the night. It was very noisy, making for a restless sleep. The loft bathroom was a bit grungy, but the bed was more comfy than the downstairs one. On the upside, lots of space. It was nice to have separate sleeping and bathroom areas from the kids.
