Needs update (bathroom sink, phone not working). Breakfast was fine, but the breakfast room was closed-in with no windows. Seems overpriced, but better than hotels in Jasper Park. Staff were professional and courteous. Area was quiet. Our room overlooked wooded area. We will look for another hotel the next time we stay in Hinton.

Breakfast is varied. Friendly staff. In general, the room was clean. But the towels in the bathroom were a nightmare. Other people's hair on the towels, and holes. Ramada managers, don't ruin your reputation for such a small thing as towels! And do not be greedy to put not two but four shampoos in a room where four people are resting.

Had a nice 2 night stay at this hotel. The Staff were lovely and we enjoyed the free breakfast as well. The beds were comfy, but the shower took a long time to get hot and also had a dripping faucet.
