Pretty standard room- bathroom fixtures, beds, etc seem to have experienced a lot of wear and tear. Location very convenient as it is next to a grocery store and closest to end of Hinton to Jasper.

Old and dated.

This hotel is very old. Rooms were small and dark. Bed were sagging in the middle. The tv wouldn’t work and by that I mean the cable or even Netflix. It wasn’t connected to the WIFI. TRIED THE HOTEL DIRECTIONS TO CONNECT IT TO HDMI 1,2,3,4 and did not work. Breakfast was decent and good selection. It was the best part. Staff was also very friendly.

This is an old wood framed building that is a bit run down. Because of the wood framing, If the neighbours make any noise you can hear it. It is pretty clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

The breakfast area is a bit small for the number of guests in the morning. There are lots of convenience stores and other eating options in the vicinity. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable too.

Very outdated and below average even the bed sheets were worn off. For the price I paid I expected a way better place. Staff were nice and friendly but the whole building needs renovation and update.

I mentioned to the front desk there was a street person with a shopping cart checking out the cars. I told the front desk and he said there was not anything he could do. I said it doesn’t look good when checking in. He said he would tell manager. The staff in the pub area were really good.
