Great hotel in a convenient location right near the highway and walking distance to a shopping mall with a Walmart and food options. Common areas are bright, open and clean and service is fast and efficient. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean but some of the finishes are starting to look their age. The bathroom sink in our room was badly scratched. Breakfast was good but not great. Hot items were good but there was very little in the way of cold options. Mini fridge only had milk in it and adding yogurt, cream cheese etc. would have been a nice touch. One of the best hotels in Hinton (we’ve stayed at many) but some minor upgrades and adjustments would make it even better.

Great location on the way to Jasper. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. But the hotel is very tired looking. The sinks have iron stains in them, the carpet needs to be replaced. But overall the stay was good.

Great stay! My husband, dog, and I stayed for one night. The room was very nice. The breakfast was great! If you’re looking for a walk nearby, I recommend the Beaver Boardwalk (~6 min) drive. We would stay again!

Its in a great location. Walk to Walmart, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, and several restaurants. 35 minutes to Jasper. The room was clean, shower was hot, and the complimentary breakfast was better than most. Bed was a bit bumpy, otherwise i would have given 5 stars.

Very friendly staff Clean room Complimentary breakfast was basic but different every day. Complimentary coffee, tea and ice water in the lobby which was great to have on the way out each morning. Price was very reasonable for the room. Very close to Jasper but also lots to do in Hinton. We will stay again on our next trip to the mountains
