We had a wonderful stay. It was convenient to the train station but it was quite a walk from the tram which we hoped to use more. However, taxi prices throughout our stay were very reasonable. Their restaurant had fantastic wagu beef. Staff was all very welcoming and helpful.

The Hilton Hiroshima is a very new and modern property located in a highly desirable area. Quiet yet close to the major shopping areas and a 20-minute walk to the Peace Museum in a bomb dome. Refreshingly new for hotels in Japan.

Hotel cleanliness was great, Breakfast was very good with a huge choice, good mix between Japanese and Western food. Chance to practice with chopsticks if you wish. Bar was good with live music both night we attended The staff were absolutely great, several interactions with Mark and Nuyen, very nice people. Customer service throughout out stay could not have been better. Only concern is that the staff will have an uphill battle with maintaining the relatively new hotel, the design was great but the building materials were already showing sign of wear and tear. Have to pay for it in the initial build or as you go !
