Great location and walkable to a lot of attractions and trams etc. rooms are cosy. We were in room 1101, very close to the lift and could hear the mechanics of the lift when your head was on your pillow. It wasn’t too much of an issue, as we walked so much and were tired. However would recommend asking for a room away from the lift. Lovely roof top bar.

Loved everything about this hotel. Excellent service, clean, a laundromat on 2nd floor, a restaurant with excellent staff and ambiance super close location to a tram stop, Starbucks, 7-11, for convenience shopping. Short walk to Peace Park, and Atomic Dome. One of my favourite hotels of our holiday!

I had a wonderful experience at The Knot Hotel! The location is excellent — perfect for exploring Hiroshima. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the Knot Coins, which added a fun touch — I really enjoyed using them for happy hour snacks and drinks at the stylish top-floor bar with great views. The laundry facilities were a convenient bonus. Overall, the value for money is unbeatable. Highly recommended!

Well located hotel, staff is extremely friendly. They provide hotel coins for food & drinks on the stunning rooftop terrace bar. Definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hiroshima.

Not the Experience I expected at THE KNOT Hiroshima. The staff were friendly and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The location is not very convenient, about 30 minutes from the metro. There was an unpleasant smell upon entering the hotel and in the room, which did not feel very clean and I was unable to sleep well. The bathroom was very small and quite dated. The photos online made the hotel appear much nicer than it actually is. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Brilliantly located just over the road from the Peace Park and minutes from a bus stop. A bit confusing when you arrive because Reception is in the bar on the 14th floor but, once over that hurdle, all pretty good. Our twin room was a good size (for Japan) with an awesome shower. Laundry facilities are good with six coin-operated washer dryers. The rooftop bar is lovely. You’re given tokens depending on the number of nights booked and can exchange them for snacks/drinks. A one-night stay (in 2025) will get you enough tokens for a snack. We were disappointed to be given only one room card but, with Reception on the 14th floor and very long waits at the lifts, we didn’t ask for another one. Rather inconvenient through because, like so many hotels, you need the room card for the lift so we couldn’t go out independently. We would stay again for the location and value for money.
