Staff were excellent - always prepared to help eg with luggage storage, use of Grab app, explanation of room facilities. Special thanks to Kiet, Vinh, Hung, Tran G who provided excellent assistance in the reception area. A lot of maintenance work was taking place in the hotel surrounds but hotel staff managed to make the impact on guests as minimal as possible. Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Room size was good. Bed was comfortable. Window coverings (timber venetians) could be improved to provide improved degree of darkness, but not a major problem for us. Excellent, central location.

We stayed here when we arrived in Vietnam and then returned to the hotel for one night, after a few days away at Cat Tien. Thanks to Tri, Trinh and Dung for welcoming us back. The room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. One of the stools was broken, which we told the staff about, but rather than remove it from the room, it seemed to be temporarily fixed and positioned in such a way that suggested we shouldn't use it. I would say that the place could do with a bit of maintenance, to make it look a bit nicer, as it's a little tatty in some areas. Overall, it's a good location, with nice staff and our stay was pleasant enough.

We were greeted by Tam (at least, I think that's his name - apologies if I've got that wrong), and he was very nice and helpful. In fact, all of the staff that we came across during our stay were very nice. The room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. I would say that the place could do with a bit of maintenance, to make it look a bit nicer, as it's a little tatty in some areas. The breakfast was good, and we also made use of the spa facilities and pool, which were great. Overall, it's a good location, with nice staff and our stay was pleasant enough.

The best part of this hotel are the super friendly staff(especially Anh & Vinh) and the hotel location. It is a couple of blocks from Ben Thanh market and within walking distance to many attractions. The room is rather small with weird bathroom layout. The toilet is next to the open shower so it would get wet after you shower. The breakfast is adequate with Vietnamese and Western options. The windows are not soundproofed. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request for a higher floor room. Overall, the hotel is great for the price. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

The staff are friendly and very hepful. Always a helping hand with luggage and bags. The room was relatively small, with limited storage space but overall very nice. Hotel is well situated, near resturants and two big markets. Would recommend for singles or couples

As a family traveler, location was the key. The hotel is at the center of zone 1 and so accessible to market, tourist spots, restaurants, and spas. It is a cute and clean boutique hotel. It is as shown on the hotel website. Our connected room’s 1 room has a better size with some chair area. The other room was smaller with desk area only. The staff are all very friendly and kind. Every single one of them was greeting with smile and helping with our request whether that is lobby area, breakfast floor, swimming pool, etc. Breakfast was good; not go over to extreme but with must items. (Hot zone with omelette, phos, steamed vegetables, etc. Salad, fruit zone, and yogurt + more Vietnamese food.) The pool is not big but my 10 year old boy and I enjoyed the cozy swimming time. I highly recommend it!

Really good for the price, but can improve some pt

The room was little bit smaller than expected. Curiously the tap was in the room imstead the bathroom. But why not. Usually I use de desk for work little bit in the room, but clealy this time was not possible. But the bar is a good place too. Maybe miss one lift. Some time between other customers and staff the uniq lift is really busy. The breakfast is soso. Reduce the number of kind of ugly sausage et provide more fruit and fruit juice (real one). The breakfast can be really better. The staff is really nice and friendly.

This was a great find! We loved staying here. No bog standard room in this adorable hotel. We were allocated a lovely quiet room, beds are comfortable, the food is great, walkable to everything, pool was clean, quiet and a nice temperature with shaded area. The cafe out the front is lovely & so good for watching the world go by. We highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a small boutique experience with a good sized pool, great staff and a relatively quiet zone

The location was good, everything was within easy walking distance, the room was a bit of a disappointment, advertised as a double deluxe room with balcony and City view !!! I would Definitely win a case under the selling of goods and services miss description act, balcony had just enough room for two people standing side by side ! City view was the shabby looking local apartments directly across the road ! The fitness room was the size of a large storage cupboard with two pieces of equipment. How they can class it as a fitness room was big stretch of the imagination.

ME Saigon Hotel was located close to Ben Thanh markets, Beer Street, Saigon Centre and many other landmarks. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay welcoming. The room was lovely with a huge bed (bigger than a standard king)! The pool was nice for the hot weather but limited seating. Breakfast included, which included everything but some hot foods weren’t kept warm enough. Overall, an excellent place to stay in a great location!
