The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenience, easy to access to all the attraction. It is right in the heart of Saigon City, close by the Northern entrance of Ben Thanh Market. The room was not as I expected but was not that bad at all, it seems a bit old. The set back was the room I stayed in does not have a windows. The daily breakfast was good, different menus everyday. All the front desk reception staffs to the Bellboys and the cleaning lady were great, friendly, very helpful. They would help you with your luggages, called the taxi, showing you the direction where to go or find a good place to eat. Kevin was exceptional, communicating well, he would go the extra miles to help you out when you need help of anything. Overall it was a great 5 days , memoreable stay in Saigon. Love it...Hope to be back soon 💖👍

California Saigon Hotel & Rooftop Pool exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional & so friendly. Our rooms were cleaned every day & our free breakfast was excellent. The staff were so accommodating, especially Kai with his omelette fair being made on the spot & to order. Huy, our smiling concierge, was exceptionally good fun. The hotel was booked online & were more than happy with the hotel services. It was so close to everything. Thanks team!

Walking distance to market, independence hall, museum and other tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh. Room was clean but need some work on the bathroom door. Breakfast is good, 3-4 new items everyday.

My room that i had booked months in advance, was not ready when i arrived. I was upgraded for 1 night, but that only meant i could not unpack the 1st night and had to wait around the next day waiting for my room to become available. Also hot showers were hard to get in either room. Other than that, all the staff were very good and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location, 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh supermarket. I arrived passed midnight but the night staff was super friendly and helpful in every way with bringing the luggage in the room after checking in and gave me a lot of recommendations around the area. The morning staffs was great too but the night services guy was the best one! This is probably one of best services hotel I stayed in and definitely will be back here if I want to stay in the central in Saigon. The breakfast was simple with fresh eggs and noodles but it was okay. There is a fancy Chinese restaurant on level 1 in the hotel but it always empty, I think it is because the price too high.
