Our stay at Fusion Original was fantastic! We booked a two-bedroom unit and it was incredibly spacious for our family of four. The service was phenomenal, the hotel was spotless, and the location was truly the highlight — you can walk everywhere. Ben Thanh Market is only a 5–7 minute walk away, Saigon Fashion (for all your bargain or knock-off finds) is right across the street, and there are countless cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Being connected to Saigon Centre Mall was also super convenient for shopping and grabbing essentials. Don’t miss Uniqlo inside the mall — they carry Vietnam-exclusive items that make great souvenirs. My only complaint is the Grab pick-up/drop-off situation. Because the hotel is located inside Saigon Centre, it can be quite painful getting in and out — drivers struggle to access the pick-up point and it can take a lot of time waiting. So if you plan to explore mostly on foot, this hotel is perfect. But if you’re moving around the city often, just be aware that transportation can be frustrating and slow. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return — just be prepared for the Grab logistics!

Hotel is gorgeous! Great location, staff is super friendly and helpful. Each floor (I believe) has a little pantry for extra coffee (w/ a machine that dispenses different types like latte's, cappuccino etc) and snacks as well (like fruits, mini muffins) for free.. ours had on the 21st floor. The room has coffee/kettle in it as well. Pool is huge! AC was great in the room.

Funky and clean hotel in a great location. Service was great. Our only comment would be that the rooms (we had a 2 bedroom suite) are not suited to a family of 5 (3 children). With no option of a rollaway bed we had one child sleeping on the couch and were charged a fee for that.

The hotel is wonderful, if a bit hard to find at first. You need to spot the "Fusion Original" signs within the mall. The gym is a shared service, and run by another company. Be wary of free PT massages offered at the gym - it leads to a sales presentation about how you need more massage (which I do), priced at VND2M each (compared to VND350k across the street).

It’s important not to expect US styles and customs. This is a wonderful hotel. Elevators are tiny. It’s in a bustling mall. The beds are comfy, rooms clean. Stylish decor and trendy place. The humid smell when you walk in is an Asian thing, it will go unnoticed once you insert your keycard. Recommended for younger travelers who like the central location.

Clean and welcoming. Staff always on hand, even came around to the room on the evening asking if you want additional fresh towels. Great place to stay as in the city. Room was super quiet and there is an outside pool and inside plunge off the gym.

2 bedroom apartment was huge, with two bathrooms. Excellent location. Didn’t use the restaurant or breakfast options as there are so many cheap options at level B2. There is a Free pantry area on each level, however not many options or didn’t really see much available, as these were probably snapped up pretty quickly. Paid for a day at Nest Lounge. Although convenient, it is definitely not worth the fee that is charged. Pool area is awesome at Level 6 and the huge gym area is a shared gym in the complex-level 6. All in all, a great place to stay in the heart of HCM and shopping.
