Staff was amazing. Great service from start to finish. Room was good as well. I always prefer to book small boutique hotel. This one is newer and in a great location. Easy to access all the major sites. Next door is a money exchange. Lots of options for breakfast. I also enjoyed the spa service. Just some minor things, like bathroom has low lighting so as a female, harder to do makeup and hair. I would stay here again.

Located very convenient spot in the district 1 it could be explored very easily. While leaving very early in the morning they even provided a carry on breakfast bag. The offered breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices warm, and cold dishes. You could easily avoid the private transportation as offered from the hotel. It is very expensive [550k VND] compared to a Grab taxi [~300k VND] or even by public transportation [~5k VND]. Using the private transportation is maybe an advantage while arriving at the airport. I used the hotel offered private transportation which was very convenient.

Great location! The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk team. Breakfast was also amazing with plenty of delicious options and great service. Overall, I truly loved this hotel and will definitely come back!

The hotel was excellent — the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was great, and the staff were always helpful and welcoming. The location is also very convenient — close to everything, yet far enough from the noise. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff, great furnishings and decor. It is brand new, so a few small details to work out. It is located across the street from the Ben Thanh. The good thing about this is that the shopping and deals are fantastic. Take an empty suitcase and buy your clothes here. The bad things are that the traffic is hectic, the smells are not good (trash dumped on the street) and you will be badgered non stop to buy things. So a bit of a minus to staying in this neighborhood.
