The stay was good until it was time to leave. We made friends with the security guard up front on our last day there and he advise us to contact the apartment manger since we had boxes to bring back to us in America. Lucy he gave us a heads up. We tried to contact the property manger through text, email, and called the hotline several times that same day. No response. The security guard told us that there was an incident in the past where security would not let people leave since they had boxes. Apparently, people stayed and stole the property’s furniture so to prevent that, they implemented that we need to notify the building manager that we are bringing boxes out. There should be some type of paperwork filled out. Since we couldn’t get in contact with the property owner, they would not allow us to leave with our boxes. We have souvenirs, clothes, and basics gifts. We tried asking if security can come up to see the apartment now and after we left to prove that we didn’t take anything. There was a lot of back and forth. At the end of the whole situation, we had to pay a “service fee” to be able to get out boxes. Basically bribery. Overall, I would say if you have boxes you plan on shipping back, don’t stay here. If you don’t have any boxes to bring back home, lot of things in walking distance. Taking a grab to other places are close and cheap.

It is located in a nice area and very convenient w/shops and restaurants. We had trouble w/the amenities listed and did not get access to a few of them. For example at the time of booking the pool was listed (it was our main reason for staying here because we had kids). Upon contacting the owner we were told that the pool was not included; however was later advised that we could only used on 1 of the 5 days we stayed there (the last day). However the communication was so slow that even that request was not granted and we had left prior. It was also missing a dryer which was listed at the time of booking and with kids it was much needed. Overall the place was nice, but the pictures do not resemble the actual quality of the rooms so please do not rely on the stock photos. I would also advise to double check all neccessary amenties as the owner did not seem to realize what was actually listed.

Overall the property is wonderful. Clean and quiet. Feel at home while having hotel vibe. The surrounding restaurants are good. I will certainly stay here again. if I have to nitpick, few remotes weren’t working. no battery and low battery.

Pros: First and foremost, the apartment is secure, with 24-hour security on the ground floor, which makes the building feel safe and well-monitored. Another major advantage is the location; it’s very convenient. A short car ride of just about ten minutes takes you to District 1 in Saigon, and there are grocery stores and fruit stands nearby. These factors definitely contribute positively to the overall experience. Cons: However, there are some clear drawbacks as well. I previously stayed at a Landmark 81 apartment, which had the same price point, yet the conditions there were significantly better. Aside from Ha Do Centrosa Garden’s advantage in location, Landmark 81 surpasses it in nearly every other aspect. To begin with, I noticed small insects crawling on the kitchen table—not ants, but tiny bugs even smaller than that. This was a bit unsettling. Secondly, while the apartment provides a washing machine, there’s no dryer. You’re left to hang your clothes on a drying rack on the balcony, but the setup isn’t ideal. The air conditioning unit’s exhaust fan is positioned directly across from the drying rack, which means dust is blown onto the clothes as they dry. Additionally, the shower has a disappointing limitation: if you’re hoping for a hot shower, you’ll only get about three minutes of warm water before it turns lukewarm, which can be frustrating. Another downside is the bed; it’s poorly constructed and makes a bothersome noise with any movement. Lastly, communication w
