The Room was immaculate, large and well appointed with a large bathroom which was spotless and also well serviced each day. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a room on the River side of the building. I requested and was placed on a high floor but on the Street side which was a little disappointing but decided to deal with it. Reception at check in and out was very efficient and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good, and all of the staff in the dining room were smiley and charming, it would be unfair to single one out. All in all a very location as it is only a couple of blocks from where all the action happens and the excellent City Bus tours start (Highly recommended)

The hotel is outdated and very used. Needs restoration to be following a 5 star hotel expirence. I fly approx 150+ days a year and stay at a lot of hotels. I would consider this hotel as a 2+ star hotel. One positive thing… the bell staff was very service minded.

We booked a family suite for a five-day stay. The overall experience was excellent, from the front desk attendants who showed us around the facilities, to the luggage handlers and the breakfast staff. We would especially like to thank the breakfast staff manager, who paid exceptional attention to detail—personally ensuring extra amenities and milk were provided, and promptly addressing dirty tables to prevent any crowding.

Staff were all friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was clean and enough space for three. The hallway carpet is musky but they’ve brought in a dehumidifier. We told them we’re leaving early for the airport, they prepared a breakfast box for us to go. I don’t mind staying here again.
