Was given probably worst selections of room when checked in. After complaint, front desk assigned a much better location room in same class the next day but said it in a way that doesn'tmake a guest feel good.Nit the most friendly check in staff. Hotel is very old but not renovated recently. Bathtub is so high and difficult to get in and our. Elderly and mobility challenge will struggle and may trip. Coffee machine at breakfast always broken. Good breakfast foods selection otherwise.

Great area. Staff are always helpful. Well presented my breakfast with a variety of foods. Room was a little bit tired and the shower was quite small considering the size of the room. My biggest complaint was the pillows. Other than that would recommend.

Old colonial hotel built in 1925 with perfect upkeep. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet offered a large spread of varied items. We ate at the Skybar and found the food to be good but overpriced (American prices or resort prices)

I loved my stay at the Majestic… Wonderful caring and attentive staff, nice big clean room overlooking river, excellent buffet breakfast and great roof top bar. Only downside was nighttime street noise but certainly not a deal breaker…I definitely Look forward to staying again !
