Room was perfect. Bathroom facilities and toiletries were excellent. Maid service as very good. Staff were courteous. Central Restaurant on 3rd floor ambience was good. Service staff were attentive and polite. Only setback was dinner bills were chargeable to the room while breakfast wasnt.Very strange dual policy. Location was good.

BIG cumbersome toaster

Overall stay was as expected with good service and clean rooms. But I think it’s time for the hotel to change all its pillows.. my pillows are all soft and flat as soon as I lay down. I use the love the toaster in this hotel but on my last day, the hotel changed the toaster to a HUGE oven style toaster like those used for baking pizzas. The toaster is so hotel and it’s so difficult to get the bread from the other end. I’m totally speechless
