Good location and nice friendly staff. Only issue was construction noise at night supposedly getting ready for big 50th reunification celebration. Hotel couldn’t do anything and we couldn’t blame them since the government decided this time.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I didn't know where to go but I was told to stay in the very central/busy center of District 1 and this looked like a great hotel. It turned out to be better than I expected! It's very very central to all the tourist attractions/bars/restaurants in Saigon. Everything is close via a Grab car/motorbike ride. The room was clean, the staff was attentive, there's a ROOFTOP pool/bar with an amazing view of the city. There's even a MOVIE THEATRE on the lobby floor (as of writing). Would highly recommend staying here and I would do it again if I'm back in Saigon, thank you!

From the time that we walked in the door, we were greeted by beautiful and kind staff. The facilities suited us well from the pool to the rooftop bar. The outside bistro area was a great spot to take a break. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Location was fantastic for dining, shopping and exploring the surroundings. We thank the staff for their hospitality and their kindness. A definite return for us!

I've been staying there since years, the staff is really kind and always trying to accommodate your request. Rates increase in the last year but at the same time maintenance haven’t follow. Some lack of informations and service that was perfectly manged from the Front desk and from the Lounge staff.

The gym had stationary bikes that were not working as the hotel claimed they were improving the gym. The bikes were in good condition and were just unplugged and they refused to let us it. Breakfast was full of unpleasant experiences due to rude and I experienced staff. The cook at the eggstation told me that he cannot and will not make egg white omelette because he needs special equipment and when I insisted he made one that was made he claimed with half a bottle of oil claiming that this is the only way to make it. Another day the waiter just removed my utensils while I was eating. When I complained about these things there was no follow up from the night manager and the duty manager apologized by giving me club access. With that kind of service it did not seem useful to go the club - perhaps I would have got more oily egg white omelettes?
