We had a really great 5-day stay here in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was clean, cosy, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was very convenient with lots of food and cafés nearby, and it was easy to get around.

The Phuong team was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Wow! Die perfekten Gastgeber und Unterkunft! Ein wunderschönes Haus mit verschiedenen Zimmern. Die Küche kann man gemeinsam nutzen. Es hat eine Waschmaschine und Tumbler welche man auch zusammen nutzen kann. Das Zimmer war das sauberste, welches wir in Vietnam hatten. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, immer errichbar und geben wertvolle Tipps für Restaurant und Unternehmungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Worth the price. In heart of d1. 5 min walk from van buein 12 minute walk from other walking street. One of few places in d1 thats quiet and you can sleep. Host are very friendly and responsive. Can use passcode for room. Condo clean and as posted. No bugs or insects which is rare in this part of asia. 5 star. Would recommend it to family and friends

Great apartment in a great area. Very modern and spacious with everything you need for a long-term stay. It's very quiet and peaceful and is ideal for people who want to get away from the craziness of District 1 for a while--though if you need to get over there, it's only about 15 minutes by Grab. There are two convenience stores right at the entrance to the building, and a Lotte Mart a short walk away. In addition, the host is very responsive. Highly recommended.
